Ashlea M. White
Ashlea White is a family court and criminal defense attorney who began practicing law in Mississippi in 2011, but has practiced law at our firm in South Carolina since 2013. Ashlea assists clients in all types of family court matters, including divorces, adoptions, custody disputes, and various other family court proceedings. Additionally, Ashlea is an aggressive advocate for clients accused of crimes, including all types of misdemeanors and felonies.
In her spare time, Ashlea enjoys being a member of Junior League of Anderson, spending time with her husband and children, and enjoying the outdoors. She is a proud graduate of Mississippi State University, but has adopted Clemson University as her second team. Ashlea is also a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Anderson, SC.

Druanne D. White
Druanne White founded the firm in 2005. She has been an aggressive trial lawyer since 1985 and has tried hundreds of cases in front of juries and judges. After graduating from law school at the University of South Carolina in 1984, Druanne served her country as a JAG officer in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain prior to being honorably discharged. Following her service in the US Marine Corps, she served the State of South Carolina as an assistant solicitor for 11 years, and then served as the Tenth Circuit Solicitor for four years.
Druanne now assists clients in all types of family court matters, including divorces, adoptions, custody disputes, and various other family court proceedings. Additionally, Druanne is an aggressive advocate for clients accused of major crimes, including all types of misdemeanors and felonies.Druanne typically assists clients who are accused of murder, involuntary manslaughter, and other serious felonies and misdemeanors. Druanne has received numerous honors throughout her career, including being elected Prosecutor of the Year by the South Carolina Solicitor's Association; receiving an appointment from the Governor of South Carolina to a 4-year term on the S.C. Prosecution Commission, which coordinates the state's prosecution of capital cases; and being awarded the Order of the Palmetto, South Carolina's highest civilian honor. Druanne assisted in drafting Stephanie’s Law, which the South Carolina Legislature passed to protect abused children. She has testified before the South Carolina Legislature as an expert witness on the topics of capital punishment, jury strikes and felony DUI legislation. Druanne was also called to testify as an expert witness before the United States Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C.

Joy C. Davis
Joy C. Davis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 1992 from Ohio University. She was a Four-Year Scholarship Swimmer, winning countless events and titles, including Mid-American Conference Athlete of the Year as a Freshman, NCAA All-American, and OU Senior Athlete of the Year. Joy was an Olympic Trial Qualifier and in 1997 was the first female swimmer ever inducted into the Ohio University Athletic Hall of Fame.
Joy earned her Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 1995. She earned a coveted one-year clerkship in both state court and federal court. Before entering private practice, Joy was a prosecutor with the Seventh Circuit Solicitor's (District Attorney) Office (Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties) and then the Tenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office (Anderson and Oconee Counties). Joy wrote a grant in 2000, creating a Multi-Disciplinary Child Abuse Team for the Tenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office that still exists today. She was the child abuse prosecutor for Anderson and Oconee Counties for approximately three and one-half years under that grant position. The years Joy spent as a prosecutor has served her well in private practice. Joy entered private practice in 2007. In 2012, Joy and her law partner, Druanne White, formed the White, Davis & White Law Firm. Joy focuses her practice on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury-type cases. Her office is located in Anderson County, but she practices law all over the Upstate.
Joy and her husband Dodd, who is also a lawyer, have four children. Dodd, Joy and their children are active members of Fairview Baptist Church located in Greer, South Carolina.

Kyle J. White
Kyle White is a personal injury and litigation attorney who was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. He is also a proud graduate of Clemson University. For almost a decade prior to joining the firm, Kyle represented insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, and other corporate defendants in product liability and other complex litigation matters. Kyle has tried civil cases to verdict in state and federal court, and has handled litigation matters in a variety of United States and foreign jurisdictions. Growing up in Anderson, Kyle was a state finalist wrestler at TL Hanna Highschool, and wrestled for a period of time at Clemson University. Wrestling taught Kyle the values of hard work, sacrifice, and personal accountability. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching youth sports, pulling for the Clemson Tigers, and attempting to play golf. Kyle is also a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Anderson, SC.
